SHIPPING TERMS AND ARRANGEMENTS: For overnight shipments we ship Monday through Wednesday via DHL or FedEx. We find them to be very reliable, and they are two of the few companies who can almost always guarantee overnight delivery by noon the next day. For same day shipments, we ship Delta Dash to your nearest airport. DHL and FedEx shipments are $40 plus a $5 box fee for standard size shipments. Higher rates apply for larger boxes. Delta Dash shipments start at $85 - depending on the weight and size of the box. LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE: We will guarantee live overnight arrival via DHL or FedEx between temperatures of 50 and 85 degrees. We have no problem holding and caretaking for animals if the weather does not make it possible for us to ship right away. The health of our animals is always our main concern. If a customer insists on shipping overnight outside of the 50 - 85 degree range, our live arrival guarantee becomes null and void. We always provide a live arrival guarantee when shipping same day via Delta Dash. In cooler weather, we do ship using fully insulated boxes and appropriate heat packs. Although it is extremely rare, if any problems occur during the shipping process which affects the health of the animal(s), we ask that the customer contact us within 24 hours in order for us to maintain our health guarantee.
